We will ship to United States addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We ship via USPS, and a valid physical address is required.

Please allow extra shipping time when placing an order during the busy Holiday season. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, or about RUSH or International shipping options, please contact us.

Return Form 
You have 10 days from the date your package was delivered to you or purchased in store to send us or bring back unworn, unwashed, regular priced merchandise in original condition with tags still attached for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item you want will be in stock. The item(s) must be in its original form, not altered in any way, this includes but not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on clothes, perfume, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Any "On sale" item or any item purchased with a coupon code over 10% off are final sales. Any custom item, jewelry, scarves, socks, hats/hair accessories, makeup, keychains, home decor, candles, wax melts, car fresheners, greeting cards, notepads,stickers, pens, swimwear, sunglasses and undergarments (camis, bras, bralettes, leggings) are final sales. Shoes returned using the original shoe box as the shipping container is not acceptable. If we receive an item outside its normal condition or postmarked after the 10 days, you will be subject to a $10.00 shipping and handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you (For online returns only) or your item will be rejected in store for a return. We do not pay for return shipping. We also suggest you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping charges are non refundable, if you received free shipping, the amount we paid to ship your order will be deducted out of your total returned amount as a restocking fee. Returns are issued in the form of a gift-card in which you will be emailed to the email on your order. The gift-card email will contain a code that you can use on the website or in store.
*** Defective/Damaged Items: You have 3 days from the time the package is delivered to you to report a damaged item. If you wait to report after the three days, there is nothing we can do as it is now considered wear and tear.

Shipping charges are non refundable. If you received free shipping, shipping charges that we paid for will be deducted out of your total returned amount.
